Our mission is to walk alongside community partners and families to create a thriving early education community. We focus on systems that ensure all kids, birth to five, have a strong start for their future.
The Early Learning HUB of Central Oregon is one of 16 Hubs across the State of Oregon which focuses on:

- Regional coordinated enrollment of subsidized and free preschool
- Partnerships to support regional home visiting
- Kindergarten readiness and early literacy
- Supports to keep families healthy, stable and attached

Crook County Library Story Time
The Crook County Library offers a weekly in-person “Quiet Storytime” on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM for ages 0-7, and a weekly online “Storytime Online” every Wednesday at 10:00 AM on their Facebook page. Deschutes County Library Story Time
Deschutes County Library offers a variety of story times for children of different ages, see their website for specific days and times.
Kindergarten Story Time
Stories, songs, and a craft for children entering Kindergarten. 5-6 years.
Preschool Story Time
Stories, songs and rhymes to develop early literacy skills. 3-5 yrs.
Baby Story Time
A gentle story time for infant and caregiver. 0-18 mo.
Family Story Time
Interactive story time with books, songs and rhymes. 0-5 yrs.
Jefferson County Library Story Time
Storytime takes place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays at 10:30 am in the Jefferson County Library. We are expecting to have an audience of about five to ten young children and their caregivers. Our primary goal is to help the youth become familiar with
their community
