Baby Promise for Children Ages 0-3

Baby Promise is a pilot program created by the Early Learning Division to address the child care shortage in Oregon. Baby Promise offers fully funded child care for income eligible families in Central Oregon. Baby Promise partners with local child care providers including in-home and center based and assists in connecting families to a program that works for them.
