High Desert Education Service District
High Desert Education Service District (HDESD) is the backbone organization for the Early Learning Hub of Central Oregon (ELH). HDESD provides administrative and operational support to help the ELH advance the regional early childhood system and statewide initiatives around early learning and care through partnership and collaboration.
Neighbor Impact
NeighborImpact (NI) is a not for profit whose mission is to support people and strengthen communities through the provision of basic needs, access to education and an infusion of hope. The Early Learning Hub of Central Oregon (ELH) partners with NI to support the early learning workforce and to increase access to quality childcare and preschool programs in the region.
Better Together
Better Together (BT) is a not for profit that engages community members, partner organizations and work groups across sectors to transform the systems that serve children, youth and families from cradle to career. BT serves as a strategic planning partner for the Early Learning Hub of Central Oregon (ELH) helping to support initiatives in early literacy and kindergarten readiness through collective action.
Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center of Central Oregon and the Early Learning Hub of Central Oregon work together to strengthen families and nurture children’s growth by connecting parents, caregivers, and educators with the resources, education, and support they need to help every child thrive.
